I've been meaning to write to let you know again how happy we are with our new pup. I really appreciated how diligent you were with the whole process of the adoption and I felt totally confident every step of the way that you were going to look after the best interests of both the puppy and our family. I have never before had the experience of a breeder or adoption agency that continued afterwards with follow up calls to find out how everyone was doing with the transition. This seemed like such a nice personal touch and reinforced for us that we had made the right choice for a breeder. You always offered helpful advice and expressed genuine interest if I had any questions or concerns.

I would highly recommend your services to anyone interested in adopting a Labrador. Not only is Ireland's temperament warm and loving but her Silver colour is the talk of neighbourhood and her looks have literally stopped traffic on one occasion.

Thanks so much for everything, it was a wonderful professional and personal experience dealing with you and your family.

Hi John, Angela and lovely children,

Just a couple of photos of King Louis.  He is very handsome, a chewer and the most loveable dog ever.  He is so sweet and playful.  He likes to hug, play and oh ya, chew!!!.  Everyone loves him and I believe he is very happy in his new home.  He eats well, and sleeps through the night.  We will be going to puppy school soon.  He seems very trainable.
